When you submit a commercial enquiry we collect:

• Contact full name and corporate job title
• Registered trading / business name
• UK operational postcode for delivery and logistics
• Number of active valeting or service bays
• Machine model and preferred acquisition model
• Site assessment booking date and time slot (if requested)
• GDPR consent and optional marketing opt-in preferences

We use your data solely to:

• Process and respond to your trade enquiry
• Prepare a tailored UK trade quotation
• Arrange an expert site assessment visit where requested
• Send product updates and trade insights — only if you opt in

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your enquiry data on the legal basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Marketing communications are sent only on the basis of your explicit opt-in consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
